3rd Annual 5K Walk for Nursing Research
Date: TBA 10:00 am
Place: Sand Island Trailhead Bethlehem, PA From Rte 22, take PA-378 South towards Bethlehem. Take exit 2 (8th Ave). Turn right at 8th Ave. Take third left on West Union Blvd (0.5 mi). Take right on Conestoga Street (0.6mi). Take 2nd left onto Spring Street (233 ft). Take first right onto Main Street (0.1mi). Turn right at River Street (0.1 mi). Parking is on your left. This large trailhead boasts ample parking, restroom facilities, tennis courts, picnic areas, basketball courts, a boat access, and the Ice House Cultural Center.
Course: 5K course (3 mile) flat, cinder trail around tennis courts and picnic areas
Entry Fee: $20.00 (pre-entry with shirt) $15.00 (pre-entry no shirt) $5.00 (student pre-entry with shirt)
Age Groups: Male and Female of all ages

Please register me for the Walk for Nursing Research. In consideration of this entry being accepted I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Upsilon Alpha Chapter members at Moravian College, the City of Allentown, all sponsors, their representatives and successors, including the claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I know that I assume all risks associated with walking in the event, including but limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather including heat or cold, traffic conditions of the road, all risks being known and appreciated by me. This form must be signed by all participants and the parent or guardian if the entrant in under 18 years old.
